I have had Mercury Auto Insurance for the last 4 years,i never
had a acciident till now and when i went there to ask for the claim,the process was too slow..they kept me waiting for months…and finally my car wsas repaired,but they kept mumbling the high repair cost..the agents were unproffesional
and reluctant to help..The cusotmer care service was also very unprofessional…Emails took ages to reply….Overall i would rate it 2/5…Might have worked well for others..Didnt work well for me at all..So will suggest If you dont take it
